Alexia Rondón has worked for more than eight years in client operations, customer success, team leadership, advertising, e-commerce and digital execution, across companies in different countries and industries.

Her formal training started in film and television production: planning, coordination and delivery against a fixed date. Most of what she does now was learned on the job — onboarding clients, running handoffs between teams, and fixing processes that only worked when someone remembered them.

She founded Idearium around a problem she kept meeting: organisations usually have enough tools and enough information, and still lack the operational structure that turns both into consistent execution.

She currently works in Client Operations and Customer Success at Continuum AI Agency, where she sees close up how an AI company handles clients, delivery, coordination between teams and day-to-day adoption.
